§ 42649.85

Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 727, Sec. 1. (AB 1826) Effective January 1, 2015.

A local governmental agency may charge and collect a fee from an organic waste generator to recover the local governmental agency’s costs incurred in complying with this chapter.
