§ 42754

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 35, Sec. 23. Effective March 30, 1990.

“Old newspaper” or “recovered newspaper” means any newsprint which is separated from other types of solid waste or collected separately from other types of solid waste and made available for reuse in making new newsprint, and which meets quality standards for use as a raw material in the manufacture of a new paper product.
