The board may delegate specific powers and authority in this chapter to enforcement agencies, as defined in Section 40130, including any of the following:
(a)Review of operation plans submitted pursuant to regulations adopted under subdivision (a) of Section 42821.
(b)Inspection of permitted facilities.
(c)Enforcement of waste tire facility permits.
