§ 42415

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1038, Sec. 21. Effective September 29, 1996.

The board, in consultation with the Department of General Services, shall perform a study to determine if the retreads, procured by the Department of General Services, have met all quality and performance criteria of a new tire.
