§ 42490

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 891, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 2005. Inoperative September 30, 2027, pursuant to Section 42499.5. Repealed as of January 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 42499.5.

This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the Cell Phone Recycling Act of 2004.
