§ 4594.4

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 133, Sec. 85. (SB 272) Effective July 23, 2021.

If the board finds that a registered professional forester has made any material misstatement in any nonindustrial timber harvesting notice, nonindustrial timber management plan, or report under this chapter, the board shall take disciplinary action against that registered professional forester as provided under Section 775.
