§ 5096.231

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 5, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 18 at the June 5, 1984, election.

All money deposited in the Parklands Fund of 1984 shall be available for appropriation in the manner set forth in Section 5096.260 for the purposes set forth below in amounts not to exceed the following:
