§ 5096.828

Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 33, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 1E at the November 7, 2006, election.

Funds provided by this article are only available for appropriation until July 1, 2016, and at that time the amount of indebtedness authorized by this chapter shall be reduced by the amount of funds provided by this article that have not been appropriated.
