§ 5784.11

Repealed and added by Stats. 2001, Ch. 15, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 2002.

A board of directors shall meet at least once every three months. Meetings of the board of directors are subject to the provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code.
