§ 92060

Of the funds made available by Section 92000, seventy-five million dollars ($75,000,000) shall be allocated, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the State Coastal Conservancy for grants or expenditures to remove

outdated or obsolete dams and for related water infrastructure. Projects may also increase climate resilience, enhance sediment supply, improve wildlife and fish passage, and modernize related water infrastructure, including related planning, monitoring, permitting, habitat restoration, and recreational improvements.
