§ 6812

Added by Stats. 1941, Ch. 548.

Whenever by the terms of this chapter the commission may grant a lease of State lands, the commission may make and execute an easement of surface or subsurface rights, or both, in lieu thereof and upon the same terms and conditions and subject to the same limitations and prohibitions as are provided for a lease of such lands.
