§ 6909

Repealed and added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 1139.

The commission may grant nonexclusive geological or geophysical exploration permits for geothermal resources upon such terms and conditions as the commission may prescribe, but any such permit shall not give the permittee any preferential right to a geothermal resources lease.
