§ 8505

Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 609.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor, and independently of the penalty therefor, is liable to any person injured for all damages sustained by reason of such violation, and for such exemplary damages as the circumstances may warrant.
