§ 8852

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 111, Sec. 11. (SB 566) Effective January 1, 2024.

The official geodetic datum to which horizontal positions and ellipsoid heights are referenced within the State of California shall be NAD83, NATRF2022, or PATRF2022.
