§ 25702

Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 372.

The notice of the election shall set forth the following:

(a)The day, hours, and polling places in each precinct for holding the election.
(b)The amount of money proposed to be raised by the assessment.
(c)A general statement of the purposes for which it is intended to be used.
(d)If the board so determines, a statement both that the assessment shall be levied in two or three annual installments and the amount of

the installment to be levied each year.
