§ 14515.8

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 182, Sec. 1. (SB 1113) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions.
(a)“Pilot project recycler” means a recycling location established under Section 14571.9.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed.
