§ 29751

Amended by Stats. 2009, 7th Ex. Sess., Ch. 5, Sec. 17. (SB 1 7x) Effective February 3, 2010.

A majority of the voting members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of the commission. A majority vote of the voting membership shall be required to take action with respect to any matter unless otherwise specified in this division. The vote of each member shall be individually recorded.
