§ 29752

Amended by Stats. 2009, 7th Ex. Sess., Ch. 5, Sec. 18. (SB 1 7x) Effective February 3, 2010.

The commission shall adopt its own rules, regulations, and procedures necessary for its organization and operation, and shall conduct its meetings in compliance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act (Article 9 (commencing with Section 11120) of Chapter 1 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
