§ 42968.1

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 675, Sec. 1. (AB 863) Effective January 1, 2025.

The department shall adopt regulations to implement this chapter in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code). The regulations shall have an effective date no earlier than December 31, 2026.
