§ 42968.4

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 675, Sec. 1. (AB 863) Effective January 1, 2025.
(a)Subject to subdivision (b), a producer shall publish on its internet website, for each of its covered products, an environmental product declaration that identifies the components and the percentage of each component used in the covered product.
(b)Subdivision (a) does not require a producer to reveal a trade secret, as defined in Section 3426.1 of the Civil Code.
