§ 48024

Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 655, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1994.

Any contract entered into by the board pursuant to Section 48021 or 48022 is exempt from approval by the Department of General Services pursuant to Section 10295 of the Public Contract Code.
