§ 48028

Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 496, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2000.

Any funds appropriated for the purpose of the program that are not expended shall remain in the trust fund for future expenditure by the board for the purposes of this article or until this article is repealed.
