§ 6914

Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 742, Sec. 12. (SB 1493) Effective January 1, 2019.

The holder of any geothermal resources permit or lease may quitclaim or relinquish his or her rights under that permit or lease pursuant to the provisions of Section 6804.1 of this code.
