UHT milk drink mix is a market milk product which has been processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701.

UHT milk drink mix shall contain not less than 12 percent total milk solids, not less than 4 percent butterfat, and not more than one-half of 1 percent pure and harmless edible stabilizer by weight. It may contain sweetening and harmless coloring and flavoring.
