Any money which is collected pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund.

Within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year, the director shall prepare a statement which shows the receipt and expenditure during the fiscal year of funds provided for in this chapter. He shall, upon written request, forward a copy of this report to any party that is financially interested in the inspection work which is conducted pursuant to this chapter.
