§ 20793

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

At the hearing, the chief shall first determine if the brands are so similar as to be misleading or conflicting. The chief shall dismiss the proceedings as to any brands which he finds are not so similar as to be misleading or conflicting.
