§ 29616

In order to allow for variations which are incident to proper grading and handling, not more than 5 percent, by count, of the containers or of the subcontainers in any lot of honey may be below the requirements for the grade, but no part of this tolerance is allowed for defects which cause serious damage, as defined in Section 29615.
