§ 36951

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 339, Sec. 10. Effective January 1, 2008.

Sherbet is a food that complies with Section 135.140 of Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sherbet shall contain not more than 75,000 bacteria per gram.
