§ 39702

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 646, Sec. 17. Effective September 15, 1987.
(a)All products defined in this chapter shall be labeled in accordance with the applicable general labeling requirements of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance for aseptically processed milk and milk products.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in this section, all products defined in this chapter shall conform to the labeling requirements for market milk and applicable labeling provisions of the Code of Federal Regulations.
