§ 45042

Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1068, Sec. 4. Effective September 30, 1989.

This article establishes minimal requirements for the transportation, identification, disposition, and use of funds derived from the disposition of avocados seized pursuant to this article. A county may, by ordinance, impose additional requirements regarding these requirements.
