§ 52937

Amended by Stats. 2008, Ch. 189, Sec. 24. Effective January 1, 2009. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.

A referendum shall be held if the board proposes to implement promotion and research funding as provided in Article 9.5 (commencing with Section 52951) of this chapter.
