§ 53308

Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 622, Sec. 1.

“Botanical name” means the genus and species, the genus, species, and cultivar name, or the genus and cultivar name given to a plant in accordance with the International Code of Botanical Nomenclature and the International Code of Nomenclature of Cultivated Plants.
