As used in this chapter:
(a)“Grain and seed” includes any grain, seeds, rice, beans, and any other agricultural product which is customarily cleaned by grain and seed cleaners.
(b)“Grain and seed cleaner” means a person that is lawfully engaged in the business of cleaning grain and seeds for others.
