§ 56186

Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 696, Sec. 56. Effective January 1, 1998.

The department shall require the applicant to make a showing of character, responsibility, and good faith in seeking to carry on the business that is stated in the application, and may make investigations, hold hearings, and make determinations respecting such matters.
