§ 57192

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500), Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code, and the director shall have all the powers which are granted in that chapter.
