§ 75541

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 374, Sec. 10. (AB 623) Effective January 1, 2022.

The commission may sue and be sued, enter into contracts, and adopt a seal. Copies of its proceedings, records, and acts, when authenticated, shall be prima facie evidence of the truth of all statements therein.
