§ 76119

Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1004, Sec. 60. Effective September 26, 1985.

Subsequent to the first election of members of the commission pursuant to this chapter, persons to be elected to the commission shall be selected pursuant to the nomination and election procedures established by the commission with the concurrence of the director.
