§ 64533

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

This chapter shall be liberally construed. If any section, sentence, clause, or part of this chapter is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision does not affect the remaining portion of this chapter but such unconstitutional or invalid provision is separable from the valid parts of this chapter.
