§ 77922

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 124, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2008.

“Shipping research, analysis, and development” means the investigation, development, analysis, or use of information relating to the shipping of flower products and the development of shipping opportunities, practices, and methods in this state, nationally, and internationally.
