§ 78262

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 160. Effective January 1, 1996.

The commission and the secretary shall keep confidential and shall not disclose, except when required by a court order after a hearing in a judicial proceeding involving this chapter and except as otherwise provided in subdivision (c) of Section 78270, all lists of producers in their possession.
