§ 78602

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 210, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1996.

The maintenance of the tomato industry of California is necessary to assure the public of a continuous supply of this vital product and the maintenance of needed levels of income for those engaged in the tomato industry.
