§ 79412

Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 605, Sec. 1. (AB 2695) Effective January 1, 2011.

The commission form of administration created by this chapter is uniquely situated to provide those engaged in the production of nursery products the opportunity to avail themselves of the benefits of collective action in the broad fields of research, education, and the development, maintenance, and expansion of markets.
