§ 79452

Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 605, Sec. 1. (AB 2695) Effective January 1, 2011.

A majority of the members of the commission shall constitute a quorum of the commission for the transaction of business. The vote of a majority of the members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum constitutes the act of the commission. The commission may continue to transact business at a meeting at which a quorum is initially present, notwithstanding the withdrawal of members, provided any action is approved by the requisite majority of the required quorum.
