§ 65527

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 614, Sec. 3. (AB 482) Effective January 1, 2026.

“Person” means an individual, firm, corporation, association, or any other business entity, and includes a state agency that engages in any of the commercial activities regulated pursuant to this chapter.
