§ 69068

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 40. Effective January 1, 1996.

To be eligible for election to the commission, producer nominees shall present to the secretary a nomination petition with the signatures of at least six eligible persons, as specified in Section 69068.5, from the district from which the nominee is seeking election.
