§ 3316

Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1148.

The board may appoint advisory committees. Advisory committees may provide information and advice to the board with respect to the operations and management of the California Exposition and State Fair or such other matters as the board deems appropriate.

The California State Fair Advisory Commission is hereby abolished. Nothing in this part shall, however, prevent the members of the former commission from being appointed to the board or advisory committees.
