§ 8555

Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 904, Sec. 17.

Any payment made to the owner or owners of citrus trees removed pursuant to Section 8553 or 8554 shall in no event exceed the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) per geographical acre.
