§ 15203

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 766, Sec. 14.

The director may adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The director shall consult with the Structural Pest Control Board when developing regulations that pertain to the use of pesticides by structural pest control licensees.
