§ 11834.60

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 546, Sec. 12. (SB 582) Effective January 1, 2026.

This chapter shall only apply to alcohol or other drug recovery or treatment facilities, as defined in Section 11834.02, and alcohol or other drug programs, as defined in Section 11832.2.
