§ 103325

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1996.

When any certificate of birth of a living child is registered without the name of the child being entered thereon, the local registrar shall make out and deliver to the parents of the child a special blank for a supplemental report of the name of the child.
